Developing subdivision jobs include: clearing, hauling, grading for foundations. Also installed curbing and sidewalk. This work was done for Village Homes.

North River Dr. in Lilburn, Georgia

This work was also done for Village Homes. This was demolition of two existing homes and hauling all the debris off. This job also included clearing four acres of heavily wooded land and put in two basement foundations. Still have two more foundations to complete.

Carroll Park Subdivision in Clarkston, Georgia - Ongoing

This is a state monitored site. Developed retention pond, cut in all streets, cleared trees, driveway installations.

Chateau Forrest and The Springs Subdivision

Completed some basement lots for Richard Bowden Homes. This work was done in Dacula, Georgia and Braselton, Georgia.

Work includes: clearing, hauling, dug basements, cut driveways, back filled basement walls.

An individual home being built. Work includes: clearing trees, hauling gravel, grading for basement foundation, and installing gravel driveway preparing for concrete.
